"What is the passing score?" A 75% or higher is required for the course final and the state licensing exam.

"Can I get my Kansas real estate license online?" Yes, the Kansas Real Estate Commission KIREC) allows the pre-license courses to be taken through approved online providers. Global Real Estate School is an approved provider.

"How long does it take to get a license in Kansas?" It typically takes 1-2 months to complete the 90 hours of education (if you work another job), pass the state exam, and process your application. However, many students can finish the course in less than 1 month.
